Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Google sign-in app “jhOS”, published under MNMLST. It is a personal, single-user app. It is not offered to the public, and nobody but Jeremy Harman signs in to it.

Who uses it

Only Jeremy Harman, who runs MNMLST. The app exists so his own automations can work with his own Google account. No other person's account is connected to it.

What it reads

With Jeremy's permission, the app reads and writes his own data in:

  • Gmail — to sort his mail and save draft replies for him to review.
  • Google Drive — to file and read his own documents.
  • Google Photos — to organise his own photo library.
  • Google Sheets — to keep his own records up to date.
  • Google Calendar — to read and add his own events.

How it is used

The data is used only by Jeremy's own automations, for his own work and personal admin. It is never sold, never shared with or disclosed to anyone else, and never used for advertising.

Where it is kept

Access tokens and any copies of data stay on systems Jeremy controls. Some automations send text to AI model providers to be processed for him; nothing is sent to them for their own use.

Removing access

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Once it is revoked, the app can no longer reach the account.
